Verkkosivu- ja sähköpostipalveluiden häiriötilanne on pääosin ohi
Palvelinympäristössämme aiemmin havaitun tietoturvapoikkeaman vuoksi käynnistetyt palautustoimenpiteet on saatu lähes kokonaan päätökseen. Häiriön kohteena olleet verkkosivu- ja sähköpostipalvelut toimivat nyt pääosin normaalisti.
Muutamien asiakkaiden osalta palveluiden palauttaminen vaatii kuitenkin vielä lisätoimenpiteitä. Olemme erikseen yhteydessä näihin asiakkaisiin tilanteen loppuunsaattamiseksi.
Suosittelemme asiakkaitamme edelleen vaihtamaan sähköposti- ja verkkosivupalveluihin liittyvät salasanat varotoimenpiteenä.
Pahoittelemme tilanteesta aiheutunutta haittaa ja kiitämme asiakkaitamme kärsivällisyydestä sekä ymmärryksestä.

The disruption affecting Website and Email Services is largely over
The recovery measures initiated due to the security incident previously detected in our server environment have now been almost fully completed. The affected website and email services are now operating largely as normal.
For a small number of customers, additional measures are still required to complete the restoration process. We are contacting these customers separately to finalize the situation.
As a precautionary measure, we continue to recommend that our customers change the passwords related to their email and website services.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank our customers for their patience and understanding.

Palvelinympäristössämme havaitun tietoturvapoikkeaman vuoksi käynnistetty palveluiden palautus etenee vaiheittain ja asiakasympäristöjä palautetaan käyttöön sitä mukaa, kun niiden turvallisuus ja toimivuus on varmistettu.
Valitettavasti palautustyö vie odotettua enemmän aikaa, emmekä pysty vielä antamaan tarkkaa arviota sähköposti- ja verkkosivupalveluiden palautumisen aikataulusta.
Varotoimenpiteenä suosittelemme asiakkaitamme vaihtamaan sähköposti- ja verkkosivupalveluihin liittyvät salasanansa.
Pahoittelemme tilanteesta aiheutuvaa haittaa ja kiitämme kärsivällisyydestänne.

The restoration of services initiated due to a security incident detected in our server environment is progressing in phases and customer environments are being brought back online as their security and functionality are verified.
Unfortunately, the restoration work is taking longer than expected and we are not yet able to provide an exact estimate for when email and website services will be fully restored.
As a precautionary measure, we recommend that our customers change the passwords related to their email and website services.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation and thank you for your patience.

Osalla asiakkaistamme verkkosivut tai sähköpostipalvelut ovat tällä hetkellä pois käytöstä.
Palvelinympäristössämme on havaittu tietoturvapoikkeama, jonka taustalla on cPanel-palvelinohjelmistossa havaittu haavoittuvuus. Lisätietoja aiheesta on Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom tiedotteessa.
Olemme ottaneet palvelut hallitusti pois käytöstä poikkeaman rajaamiseksi ja palveluiden turvallisen palauttamisen varmistamiseksi.
Asiantuntijamme selvittävät parhaillaan tilanteen laajuutta. Olemme aloittaneet toimenpiteet palveluiden palauttamiseksi takaisin käyttöön. Tiedotamme tilanteen etenemisestä ja päivitämme tätä tiedotetta säännöllisesti.

Disruptions in Website and Email Services
Some of our customers are currently experiencing disruptions with their website or email services.
We have detected a security incident in our server environment related to a vulnerability identified in the cPanel server software. More information (in Finnish) about the issue can be found in an advisory published by Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.
As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily taken certain services offline in a controlled manner to contain the incident and ensure the secure restoration of services.
Our experts are currently investigating the scope of the situation. We have already initiated the necessary measures to restore the affected services back online. We will keep you informed as the situation progresses.
