Olemme viikonlopun aikana siirtäneet osan palveluista toiseen järjestelmään ja palauttaneet ne toimintaan.
Työskentelemme ympärivuorokautisesti siirtääksemme häiriön kohteena olevat palvelut toiseen järjestelmään ja palauttaaksemme ne normaaliksi mahdollisimman nopeasti.
Valitettavasti siirtotyö vie odotettua enemmän aikaa, emmekä pysty antamaan tarkkaa asiakaskohtaista arviota palautumisen aikataulusta.

During the weekend, we migrated some of the affected services to another system and successfully restored them to operation.
We continue to work around the clock to migrate the remaining affected services to another system and restore them to normal operation as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, the migration work is taking longer than expected, and we are unable to provide an accurate customer-specific estimate for when services will be restored.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this disruption has caused and thank our customers for their patience and understanding.

Our specialists continue to work around the clock to resolve the disruption. We are still working to identify the root cause of the issue.
To help stabilize the situation, we are building a parallel network environment to support the restoration of services as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide an estimated time for full service restoration. We will continue to keep this notice updated as the situation progresses.
